We had The Lime Truck cater a work event, and honestly it was such a nice change from the bagels and/or donuts! The breakfast tacos were a total hit! I had the steak taco (sweet, tender, perfectly balanced) with fluffy eggs and this dreamy chipotle sauce that made every bite sing. I also tried the grilled chicken and eggs taco, and even the vegetarian mushroom option had everyone swooning. Everything tasted so fresh, from the warm tortillas to the bright, zesty salsas. You could just tell it was fresh made. Our whole team couldn’t stop talking about it. If breakfast tacos could win awards, these would have a trophy shelf of their own.

We booked The Lime Truck to cater a vendor appreciation event for one of our most valued partners, and they absolutely delivered. We had about 300 guests and brought out two trucks to ensure quick service. It was the right call — the lines moved fast, no one was stuck waiting, and the entire flow felt organized and seamless. For an event where timing and guest experience really matter, that level of efficiency was huge. The food was outstanding across the board. The steak tacos were a crowd favorite — perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The potato tacos were incredible and didn’t feel like a “secondary” option at all. The quesadillas were fresh, melty, and made to order. Everything tasted vibrant and high quality. What impressed us most was how professional and prepared the team was. They showed up early, set up quickly, and handled the volume with confidence. The trucks looked clean, modern, and added to the atmosphere of the event. This truck came to our work site to celebrate our teachers. The food is delicious with quick service. They have the choice of spicy steak, chicken, potato or fish tacos with cheesy potatoes and corn for the sides. I think they also have chips and salsa for a side. I decided on a soda but they do have a mango drink that many chose. The staff is very nice and they made my food to my request, even checked with me again before serving me.

Best food truck ever!! My husband and I used The Lime Truck for our wedding reception and wow! All of our guests were hooked, it was so good we had people going 5-6 times to get in line! (Make sure to get the package that has no restrictions as everyone will want to get food several times). We need the food truck to be available all the time, because we daily dream about those Ahi Tacos <3

The Lime Truck always hits the spot! The food is fresh, flavorful, and packed with that signature Cali twist. I tried the tacos and they were incredible — perfectly seasoned and full of fresh ingredients. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best food truck experiences in SoCal!

Had a great time at this food truck/pop-up ! The flavors were fresh and creative and followed through with the California food scene that I love. Definitely generous portions, thank you Sara, Antonio, and Frank! Service was friendly, as everything had a feel of care into it. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a quick bite or chilling with friends. Definitely one of those hidden gems you'll want to revisit often!!!
